1. Program description
Be Better Hospitality ("BBH," "we," "our") operates an internal SMS notification program called Mani Alerts. This program sends operational text messages to employees and owners of Be Better Hospitality and its affiliated venues, including Penny Drip, Dana's Bar, Night Train, Bittersweet, and Blue Bottle Shop.
Message types include: staff alerts for guest email inquiries, event booking notifications, lost and found alerts, complaint flags, and weekly business performance summaries. This program is strictly for internal operational use and does not send marketing messages to customers.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to current employees, managers, and owners of Be Better Hospitality who have been designated to receive operational notifications as part of their job responsibilities. Recipients must provide a valid U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Recipients may receive multiple messages per day depending on venue activity, event volume, and reporting schedules. A weekly business summary is sent every week.
4. Consent and opt-in
By providing your mobile number to Be Better Hospitality for operational communication purposes, you consent to receive SMS notifications as described in this program. Participation is a condition of your designated role unless otherwise arranged with management.
5. Opt-out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact management directly.
6. Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Be Better Hospitality is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
7. Help
For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the information below.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages. Delays or failures may occur due to carrier issues, system maintenance, or factors outside our control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
